In a very competitive and saturated field of work, deciding ones rates is one of the more difficult things to do - it's a balancing act between fair re-numeration, and respect for your competition by not undercutting everyone else in the industry.
So I believe that the best process is transparency. The rate below reflects a full days work along with the post production hours behind the screen.  Usage rights included.

Rates

$2000 standard day rate (one location).   To suit other budgets, I'm happy to work out a package that would suit your needs.

Post Production

Basic retouching is included within the rates. This will include image composites, cleanup of minor distractions within the images and colour correction to bring the image back to how we naturally saw it.  If more involved retouching is needed, this will be discussed with you as this is an additional hourly rate cost.

Licensing

The images you will receive will all come fully licensed for you to use for your own marketing purposes and for competition submissions.  

To clarify what another party is considered to be, if you are a business, it's anyone with a different ABN to you. 

The images may not be for use by any third parties associated with the Licensee’s project such as Architects, Designers, Interior Designers, Engineers, Consultants, Builders, Developers, Property Owners, Subcontractors, Real Estate Agents, Product Suppliers, Materials Suppliers, etc;

Use in any manner for the purposes of training machine learning (commonly known as artificial intelligence) to generate imagery or any other types of output;
